Cancellation & Refund Policy

The OHSSAI Foundation provides annual memberships, awards nominations, and various training and other programs to enhance the culture of Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to these services.
- General Policy
OHSSAI Foundation operates under a strict no-refund policy for annual memberships and awards nominations due to their nature. Refunds for other services, such as training and programs, are governed by specific policies published at the time of their launch.
- Annual Memberships
- Membership Validity: The annual membership holds valid for 1 year after the payment has been processed & the membership is approved by OHSSAI Foundation.
- Cancellation: Due to the nature of memberships, the request for cancellation will be accepted, however, the memberships will be cancelled upon completion of the validity of the membership period.
- Non-Refundable: Membership fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including non-usage or partial usage of benefits.
- Awards Nominations
- Non-Refundable: Fees paid for awards nominations are non-refundable, irrespective of the nomination status or results.
- Cancellation: Nomination submissions cannot be withdrawn or canceled after payment.
- Trainings and Other Programs
a) Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds and cancellations for training and other programs are governed by the specific terms and conditions published at the time of program launch.
- Details of refund eligibility, cancellation timelines, and administrative charges (if any) will be communicated with the program announcement.
- b) Program Modifications or Cancellations by OHSSAI
- If a program is rescheduled or canceled by OHSSAI, participants will be notified promptly. Refunds or alternative arrangements (e.g., rescheduling) will be offered as per the program’s specific policy.
- Special Circumstances
OHSSAI Foundation may consider exceptions to this policy under extraordinary circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate payments due to technical issues.
- Errors caused by OHSSAI’s systems.
Requests for such exceptions must be submitted via email to ohssai.foundation@gmail.com with relevant proof of payment and an explanation of the issue.
The refunds, if applicable, will be issued within 15 days of acceptance of the refund request.
