OHSSAI MENA - Membership Application Process
This process is for all the individuals and companies based out at UAE or MENA Region, who intends to purchase the OHSSAI Membership.
Fill up the Application Form for Membership Approval, along with relevant details and supporting documents.
The application and supporting details are verified by the Review Committee.
If any additonal requirements are felt by the review committee, the application is returned back to the originator for required details, and Step-1 & Step-2 are repeated.
Upon recommendation by the Review Committee, the Application is sent for final Approval.
Upon final approval, the intimation is shared with the originator through Email.
Once Approval is received, the originator can go ahead to purchase the Annual Membership through OHSSAI Website, by making the required payment. NGENIUS Payment Gateway is to be selected for Payment by these individuals to get the OHSSAI Membership.

Upon Clicking the below button, you will be taken to the Google Form for Filling your details and uploading the supporting documents. Please fill up the application form thoroughly and submit the form. You will be notified at your Email Address as your Application is processed through a 2-stage Approval (Refer steps-2, 3 & 4 in the process above).
After you receive the final approval, please go to the next tab – “OHSSAI MENA Membership – Make Payment” and avail membership.
