This physical workshop on Incident Reporting & Investigation Management Tool (IIMT) shall take you through the process and the skills that are required to be known to a competent incident investigator. There shall be exercises, roleplays and activities around the tool which takes you through reporting, data gathering, contributory causes, root causes, action planning, prioritization matrix, review of effectiveness, closure, horizontal deployment, review of documentation, audits, corrective actions.
